I wish you had a choice of which dated you could export instead of exporting all your history. This causes not everything to be fully exported. Usually the feelings and medication fields are left blank in the cvs file. other than that I really like the app and how it gives you descriptors for the mood scores. I like the graphs it gives you to see the ups and downs.

Bipolar type 1 and this app helps me understand current trends in my mood and track my medication compliance (which is always difficult during hypomania and mania). It's such a help but there are a few things that could be improved. A darker scheme would be not just for night but more discreet in public situations. entering mood and meds for a precious date is confusing at first, might be easier to tap the date instead and open option to change and record. still Great though thank you so much!!

I am a therapist who used to encourage clients to use this app. The new version takes away all the functionality of the old version. Clients used to be able to see a large mood chart of the whole week by clicking on "history" and now there is a minuscule little useless graph that is much less clear. You used to be able to click on one data point representing one day and see what the person had written that day, and now that feature is just gone. So very disappointed with the changes. Fix please!

What’s new

3.1.2: Importing sleep for a missed day now brings in that day's sleep, not today's. Plus reliability improvements.
